For someone looking for a home
Selected options, clear reasons to consider them and room to voice questions and concerns.

THE SWAN OF THE GREEN LAKE
Every person arrives with a story, a need and an idea of what they hope to find. Every property, in turn, has characteristics that deserve to be understood with care.
My work as a real estate curator is to bring that information together, interpret it according to the client's objective and communicate it with clarity and sensitivity.

THE PERSPECTIVE THAT GIVES MEANING TO MY WORK
The Swan of the Green Lake is a personal signature that expresses how I observe, choose and guide. Within Studio Tamara Hidalgo, it represents the sensitivity with which I approach spaces and the people who hope to inhabit them.
The swan symbolises a serene, attentive presence; the green lake, a connection to nature, depth and the life surrounding each place. The image comes from a story my mother wrote as a child and brings together something essential to my work: pausing to understand a property before recommending or presenting it.
PROFESSIONAL IDENTITY
I chose to describe myself as a real estate curator because those words express the judgement I want to bring to every process.
My work includes listening, researching, selecting and communicating. I want to understand what a person is looking for, what a property truly offers and where the two correspond. It also means recognising what needs review, what could be improved and what should be explained transparently.
Brokerage and commercial guidance may form part of my work, but my professional identity is built around conscious selection and a thoughtful reading of place.
CURATION THROUGH REAL ESTATE
A property has physical characteristics, commercial conditions and a specific relationship with its surroundings. Its layout, condition, accessibility, nearby services and potential uses all influence how suitable it may be for each person.
My role is to bring that information together, interpret it according to the client's objective and communicate it clearly.
Selected options, clear reasons to consider them and room to voice questions and concerns.
Recognising the property's attributes and creating a faithful, clear and appealing presentation.
Considering how a space can receive and care for its guests, making them feel comfortable and welcome.
THE CISNE METHOD
Five principles that bring together how I listen, observe and communicate throughout the encounter between a person and a place.
Criteria
The starting point is a conversation. I want to understand how you wish to live, what you hope to achieve with your property or what kind of experience you would like to offer.
From there, I research the property's characteristics, surroundings and conditions, distinguishing what we know from what still needs to be verified. Criteria give meaning to the information and help us recognise what deserves attention in each decision.
Identity
I pay attention to the details that give a property its character: its history, architecture, light, materials, layout and relationship with its surroundings.
I also listen to those who have lived there. Sometimes a conversation reveals a use, a transformation or a detail that photographs cannot show. This reading helps me recognise the identity of the space and present it honestly.
Selection
Selection means relating the attributes of a property to the priorities of a person or project.
During a search, I explain why an option may be relevant, what compromises it involves and which questions remain open. For an owner, I select the attributes worth highlighting and the materials that best help others understand them. Every choice should serve a clear purpose.
Narrative
My education in Social Communication is especially present at this stage. I organise the information and find the words, images and details that help someone understand a property and imagine the life that could unfold there.
A thoughtful narrative sparks interest while offering concrete information. It communicates the possibilities of the space with respect for its reality and for the expectations of the person considering it.
Elevation
Elevation grows out of what we have come to understand. It may take the form of a clearer presentation, a recommendation for preparing the space or a welcoming detail that improves a guest's experience.
Each proposal responds to the objective, budget and characteristics of the property. I want every improvement to have a purpose and help express the place's qualities with greater clarity.
